Emerald Agency Limited (Emerald or the Company) is a newly established company which registered with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) under the registration no. 4280/Kh2015 dated 7 December 2015. After the MoC regis- tration, the Company has registered with the Tax Office within 15 days under the Tax Laws.

Sochenda is a founder of Emerald Agency Limited and she is a tax partner with her 13 years experience of tax professional at one of the big 4 account- ing firm, KPMG where she started her tax career as Tax Assistant at KPMG in year 2003.
